You can:

- Track whether doses were taken or missed

Any supplement information or summaries shown in the app are informational only and should not be considered medical guidance. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing a supplement routine.
Where does supplement information come from?
Supplement information may come from a combination of:
- product label information
- publicly available scientific sources
- structured supplement databases
- automated extraction of label facts
- AI-assisted summaries of publicly available research
Because supplement data varies between products and sources, some information may be incomplete, simplified, or outdated.
Why is a product sometimes not found?
Not all supplement products are available in public databases.
This is common for:
- newly released products
- regional brands
- small supplement manufacturers
- products with uncommon barcodes
If a product cannot be found, you may still be able to add it manually or try scanning again.
Why does the app sometimes ask me to verify product details?
Dosea uses a “trust-first” approach.
If important label details such as dosage, serving size, or ingredients are unclear, the app may ask you to verify the information before creating a schedule. This helps prevent incorrect assumptions about supplement usage.
How do reminders work?
Dosea generates reminders based on your daily routine and supplement schedule.
Instead of sending many individual notifications, supplements may be grouped into simple dose events so you can confirm them quickly.
You can manage or disable reminders at any time in your device notification settings.
How does the free trial work?
Dosea may offer a free trial when you first subscribe (the length depends on the subscription plan).
After the trial period ends, your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel it through the app store.

How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:

Open Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Dosea → Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that period ends.
Where is my data stored?
Your account data (such as email, supplement routines, and adherence history) is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted within the European Union.
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data.

Can I delete my account?
Yes.
You can delete your account and associated data from within the app settings. Once deleted, your personal information and supplement data will be removed from our systems, except where temporary technical logs must be retained for security purposes.
